MyMachine nominated for ‘Oscars of Education’

It is our tremendous pleasure to share that MyMachine has (once again) been nominated for Reimagine Education. Considered ‘the Oscars’ of education, the Reimagine Education Awards is the largest global awards program for innovative pedagogies. The Awards, organised by the Wharton School and QS Quacquarelli Symonds, celebrate approaches that enhance student learning outcomes and employability, thus fundamentally changing the educational landscape.

The Reimagine Education Awards – the ‘Oscars’ of Education – reward innovative approaches that enhance student learning outcomes and employability.”

Serena Ricci, Reimagine Education Steering Committee:

“Reimagine Education highlights the world’s best educational innovators revolutionising teaching, learning & employability. This year’s Awards received over 1100 submissions across 18 different categories, of which the top 18% demonstrating innovation, versatility, and effectiveness in promoting impactful, collaboration-based pedagogical approaches, were shortlisted.”

The winners will be announced during the 2022 Hybrid Reimagine Education Conference (Philadelphia, USA and Cairo, Egypt) between 5 and 8 December 2022.

For MyMachine, this is the second nomination in our history. In the 2018 Reimagine Education Awards, MyMachine won the Oscar for Presence Learning as Gold Winner in the (same) Presence Learning Award category.

Piet Grymonprez – Co-Founder & Managing Director: “Our mission is to build creative confidence in the change-makers of the future. Equipping students with the right skills to build this better future, we all need to design together. Wherever life takes them, becoming a dancer, photographer, engineer, or startup entrepreneur, it all starts with the creative confidence that your ideas matter and can make a difference. Being nominated for the Reimagine Education Awards for the second time validates that MyMachine is making a real impact in lowering the threshold for educators to create a transformational project-based learning experience, so students can engage and develop creative confidence and intelligence.”

We want to thank all participating students and educators, and all our teams across those many countries! This nomination is dedicated to their commitment, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, engagement and hard work! It’s a tremendous privilege for the MyMachine Global Foundation to be working with you all!
