MyMachine Croatia mainstage on Philea Forum of European philanthropy

Roberto Vdovic from MyMachine Croatia was on the main stage today at the Philea Forum 2023 plenary closing session.

With individual philanthropies and national-level infrastructure organisations in over 30 countries as members, Philea unites over 10,000 public-benefit foundations that seek to improve life for people and communities in Europe and around the world.

More than 700 delegates at the Philea Forum in Šibenik, Croatia, discuss how philanthropy can use European values as compasses to navigate today’s challenges around climate, democracy, equality and the critical role of education.

During this 3 day event, Zofia Teplicka, MyMachine Slovakia Coordinator, was assisted by Slovakian university student and MyMachine alumna Dominika Rothova, and MyMachine Co-Founder Jan Despiegelaere, to challenge these philanthropists with our question: “What Is Your Dream Machine?”. These Dream Machine ideas are now collectively on our MyMachine Wall of Fame at the forum.

Roberto Vdovic was invited on stage to express his views on how creativity and entrepreneurial skills might be the answer to many -if not all- social challenges.

Thank you so much to Roberto, Zofia, Dominika, Jan, and all Dream Machine inventors! Thank you so much to Delphine Moralis (CEO) and Isabel Valero (Forum Coordinator) for having us at your amazing forum!
