MyMachine Portugal is distinguished by Fundação Santander (the Santander Foundation) for the “Quem Brinca É Quem É” -Award.

Out of a total of 425 applications, the jury appointed by the foundation identified only 10 initiatieves at national level, which aim to promote good practices and innovative teaching methodologies in Portuguese public or private schools in the 1st and 2nd cycles of Basic Education.

With this distinction, MyMachine Portugal will receive a financial donation. Plus, they will visit the LEGO House in Denmark (with travel, accommodation, and daily allowance included for one person), receive LEGO training (for three people, in the context of the Learning Through Play methodology promoted by the LEGO Foundation in Portugal), and receive a LEGO Kit.

With this initiative, Fundação Santander aims to create a network of schools that encourage essential skills for the future, such as creativity, communication, and problem-solving.
