MyMachine Kosovo finished its first cycle! Dream Machines invented by students of elementary schools Kelmend Rizvanolli and Zekeria Rexha in Gjakova have been brought to life! The Magic Pencil and the Health Auxiliary Device.
These Working Prototypes are the result of children’s imagination, conception and design by students and professors of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Pristina, and the production of prototypes by students of the Nexhmedin Nixha vocational school in Gjakova,
These students have learned the importance of not boycotting ideas on the spot but, on the contrary, giving them time to grow. They have learned that you can actually bring any idea to life by collaborating, respecting each other’s talents, and being resilient and persistent.
“Working with MyMachine has been an incredible experience, a new approach for us as teachers and for our students“, said Teuta Muhaxhiri Glogjani, teacher at Zekeria Rexha.
Meanwhile, teacher Arieta Dautaga of the Kelmend Rizvanolli School thanked MyMachine for “this opportunity to show students that ideas can become a reality through vision, work and cooperation!“.
“Today is a special day for all of us because together, we successfully completed this magnificent, creative endeavour!” said Besim Mustafa, the National Coordinator for MyMachine Kosovo. MyMachine Kosovo thanks the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation for their support.
A big thank you to all involved students, teachers, professors, and our MyMachine Kosovo team led by Besim Mustafa!
And we are already looking forward to to seeing next year’s Dream Machines being invented in Kosovo.
