1. GENERAL
By filling out the information on the specific page to drop a dream machine idea on our website or to register a myBOO (Information) and by uploading an image, you guarantee that you have read these Terms and Conditions for uploading images, photos (Image/s) to, and filling out the information fields on the MyMachine Global Foundation website (Information) and that you agree to abide by all clauses within these Terms and Conditions.
You also understand and agree that nothing in this agreement obligates the MyMachine Global Foundation to display or use your information and/or Images.

2. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
By uploading an Image and/or Information to the MyMachine Global Foundation website you guarantee that you are the legal owner of the copyright of that Image/Information, or have been awarded full and unrestricted rights from the copyright owner to upload and utilise the Image/Information for the purposes of the MyMachine Global Foundation website or any other distribution channels including, but not limited to the MyMachine Global Foundation websites, online and offline publications, social media, selected 3rd party websites and MyMachine apps (Publications).
Images/Information that are/is considered to infringe on other individuals’ copyright or trademarks, organisations or companies will be deleted.

3. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
By uploading an Image/Information you guarantee that such use of the Image/Information for the MyMachine Global Foundation does not violate the rights of any other party, does not result in a breach of contract between you and another party and that you accept responsibility for any royalties or fees due to any other party from the use of the uploaded Image/Information.

4. PEOPLE SEEN IN IMAGES
By uploading an Image, you guarantee that any identifiable people have consented to have their likeness printed or displayed, or that you have full rights to use the Image in this manner and accept full responsibility for such use.

5. ACCEPTING AND REJECTING IMAGES/INFORMATION
The MyMachine Global Foundation Editor will assess all Information and Images uploaded to the MyMachine Global Foundation website for suitability. The Editor will either reject or accept each Image/Information for use in the Publications. Information and Images that are rejected will be deleted from the MyMachine Global Foundation platforms entirely. The decisions of the Editor are irrevocable. The MyMachine Global Foundation reserves the right to refuse and remove any uploaded Information and Image(s) from display on its website or use in any Publications, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
When uploading Information and/or Image(s) you are solely responsible for its content and for any offence, claims or damages that arise from the content of that/those Image(s) and/or Information.
The approval and publication of Information and/or Image(s) in the Publications by a MyMachine Global Foundation Editor in no way alters or diminishes your responsibility. Nor does it transfer any responsibility for the content of the Information and/or Image(s) to the MyMachine Global Foundation or the Editor who approves the Information and/or Image(s) for publication.

7. RIGHTS GRANTED TO THE MYMACHINE GLOBAL FOUNDATION
The MyMachine Global Foundation does not claim any copyright to the Information and/or Images you upload to the MyMachine Global Foundation website. However, by uploading Information and/or Image(s) to the MyMachine Global Foundation website you hereby grant to the MyMachine Global Foundation and its licensees a royalty-free, exclusive, worldwide right to copy, crop, reproduce, edit, do derivative works, publish, display, distribute, use for promotions, commercialise or otherwise use the Information and/or Image(s) publically in all languages and all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, including without limitation including in the Publications in perpetuity.

8. IMAGE/INFORMATION CONTENT
You should only upload Information and/or Image(s) that are relevant and appropriate to the MyMachine Global Foundation’s purpose.
Images including overlays such as logos, text or star ratings will not be approved. You must not upload Information and/or Images that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, and other offensive, illegal or inappropriate images or information.
Some Images’ content might be offensive to persons from cultures whose values differ from yours. Thus The MyMachine Global Foundation reserves the right to delete Images its Editors consider potentially offensive to some as ‘sensitive.’

9. INDEMNITY FROM CLAIMS
You agree to indemnify and hold The MyMachine Global Foundation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and representatives free from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your uploading to the MyMachine Global Foundation website of any Information and/or Images or from any violation of any other party’s rights caused by the use of or the content within the Information and/or Images you upload.

10. UPDATING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The MyMachine Global Foundation reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter these terms at any time for any reason without prior notice. You are responsible for keeping yourself updated on any such changes herein that might affect you.

11. PRIVACY POLICY
You can always contact us, in compliance with our Privacy Policy, concerning any question you might have about the Information and/or Images you filled out on our website.
