MyMachine is growing in Germany! MyMachine Germany started last year in Stuttgart and is running this year in Stuttgart and Munich!
In Munich, children from the Maria-Hilf-Platz primary school invented their Dream Machines a couple of weeks ago. Last week, they visited the vocational schools in Altötting (BSAOE) with university students from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München to accompany the construction process of their Dream Machines. The Robot Turtle, the Deployable Rain Hat and the Clean-up Candy Robot are already taking shape. The Animal Feeding Machine is still being trained using artificial intelligence so that it can recognise hungry animals and offer suitable food in the future.
It’s amazing to see how vocational secondary students showcase their talents, turning technical schedules into tangible products. The primary school students learned a great deal and could provide feedback and ideas on the development.

And in Stuttgart, they just started their second MyMachine Cycle! Last week, children from grades 3 and 4 drew their own personal Dream Machines. There were no limits to their creativity: the children could come up with anything they wanted.
The students of the University of Stuttgart visited us for this purpose. The university students were on hand to answer the children’s questions and provide help. In the next step, they are developing building instructions and concepts based on the ideas so that the selected Dream Machines can actually be built.
Thank you so much to all involved students and educators!
